XJ700 Workover Rig
XJ700 workover rig is truck-mounted type workover equipment, it adopts home-made 6x6 special chassis, high speed diesel engine is
equipped on deck, it adopts hydraulic mechanical transmission mode, the starting torque is strong,the transmission eficiency is high. t
mainly consists of single drum drawworks,two-section telescopic mast, integrated box type crown, 3x4 traveling structure, hydraulic and
pneumatic system etc. t is mainly used for middle and small workover job in oil and water well and the suitable tubing is 73mm(2.7/8'), the
well depth is 3200m~3600m.
1.The chassis is designed and manufactured by our company, it is 6x6 special truck chassis, it has the feature of comfortable to operate
and sit , and it has a good cross-country performance.
2.The power system adopts high speed diesel engine matching with hydraulic transmission box, the transmission is steady and flexible, the
operation is simple and easy.
3.The 21m two-section mast or 23.5m two-section mast is optional, and simple drilling platform is optional
4.Drawworks system can adopt single drum and double drum type, the main drum is integral LEUBS groove,the rope is arranged orderly, it
is equipped with a crown-o-matic device
