XJ900 Workover Rig
XJ900 workover rig is truck-mounted drling equipment. The chassis adopts home-made 6x6,8x8 special chassis or 10x8 special chassis
And based on which it is equipped with high speed diesel motor, hydrauic mechanical drive, angle gear box, drawworks assembly, two-
section telescoping mast, traveling system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, etc. The workover rig is mainly used for medium and small
operation in 4000m oil and water well with 73mm(2.7/8') tubing.Also can do major workover operation with driling rig and related
components.
1.The chassis adopts home-made special workover rig chassis, easy to ride and operate and good cross country performance
2.Adopts 29m or 32m two-section telescoping mast, monkey board, has three kinds of adjusting height (17.6m, 20.2m, 21.2m), can install
simple rig.
3.The main drum of drawworks adopts integral LlBUS groove to line regularly. The auxliary brake adopts S 122 hydraulic brake and can
equipped with pneumatic water cooling disc brake.
4.The control svstem of electric, hvdraulic and pneumatic adopt centralized control, easy to operate. The main parts and components adopt
imported original famous brand products to ensure product reliability
