ZJ40 / 2250LDB Rig
ZJ40/2250LDB rig adopts 3 diesel engines coupling units are compounded by compounding transmission case to drive Drawworks and mud
pumps, and it has standby interaces (auto-air compressor and energy-saving generator.) The main brake of Drawworks adopts hydraulic
disc brake. the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic brake. Rotary table is independent driven. AC variable frequency speed regulating motor
drives rotary table to dril well operation through one two-shift transmission box and cardan shaft
Substructure adonts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each
other by pins, which can realize to move quickly
2.Mast is front open-face,"K"type mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure, can install with the crown block to move
together. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure. stabilitly is good, it is raised and laid down by Drawworks as a whole
3.The rig is equipped with frequency conversion (VFD) and MCC system. Freguency conversion (VFD) is used to control Ac frequenc
conversion motor and the automatic bit feeding motors of rotary table, MCC is used to control other devices.
